Motivational Art In Progress

Gallery Of Motivational Art In Progress Or In The Process Of Drying
The following art pieces are either incomplete or waiting to dry. Sometimes I don’t feel that a painting looks as good as the drawing I made of it. In this case, I will change the drawing to get the right look so that I can complete the painting.
I’m also including my oil paintings that need to dry before I can varnish them. I normally use only one or two layers of oil over acrylic paint, so drying time is not as long as it is for a picture painted in oil only. Once they are dry, I will sign the back of the painting with the date. I sign the front with my partial initials.

Bird Serenade
This bird's lovely song goes straight to the heart of a woman in the woods. It's a bright day filled with great adventures, but the captivating sounds of this tiny creature are keeping her entraced and unable to move. Painted in acrylics, it will dry quickly, but every aspect of the picture is incomplete; the woman, the bird and the foilage. This is a work in progress.

Confidence Is Power
We can all have the confidence to stand tall in the empowerment of God's ability to achieve that which is good and right, success, and to live our unique purpose. We all have greatenss by God's design. Nothing is complete in this painting. It is waiting to be completed in oil paint.

Aren't I Adorable!
This is what my little Yorkie, Angus, looked like when my husband and I adopted him. We waited for him until he was 3 months old. It was an exciting day to finally take him home. While the painting is complete, the final layer, painted in oil, is not completely dry. It should be ready shortly.
