How To Sow God’s Word For Success In Christ
Sow God’s Word For Success Introduction
Christians are a new nation, or a new nationality in Christ! According to 1 Peter 2:9. However, we have to plant God’s Word within us to realize this truth. Otherwise we will judge others and ourselves with corruptible seed that causes chaos, division, hatred and a loss of direction or focus upon Christ.
Everyone has a choice to live by the world or the Word. We choose by deciding what seed we plant, cultivate and grow. Examine what seed you have chosen. You can utilize your mind to sow a corruptible seed to the flesh or an incorruptible seed to the spirit.
Galatians 6:8 says, “For he that soweth to his flesh shall of the flesh reap corruption, but he that soweth to the spirit shall of the Spirit reap everlasting life.“
The believer must decide with his or her mind what kind of seed they are going to sow and where they are going to sow it. If it’s incorruptible seed (God’s Word), it will be sown to the human spirit and the Holy Spirit within our spirit will water it and bring light to it and make it known to us. We will clearly see the picture that God wants us to see.
To clarify Galatians 6:8, Paul is not saying to sow to the Holy Spirit. That would be odd when we know the Holy Spirit does not need anything to be sown to Him. The human spirit needs the seed of God’s Word and is regenerated by the Holy Spirit when we accept Christ.
We must consider the fact that the word “pneuma“ is used in the Greek for both God’s spirit and man’s. So one must determine from the text what is being referred to.
How To Sow God’s Word (God’s Seed)
In Galatians 6:7, the Word says, “Be not deceived, God is not mocked, for whatsoever a man soweth, that shall he also reap.“
Whatever you sow, you are going to reap. Don’t be deceived, don’t quit, don’t give up. In other words, whatever kind of seed we sow within is the kind of fruit we’re going to get. We can look at God’s Word as seed sown within us as we cultivate it the same as the physical seed cultivation process.
Whatever you are sowing within you, that’s the kind of fruit you are going to get. It is a law. It is a governing principle. The “seed principle. “ The seeds we sow will be the seeds we reap, and the results of corruptible seeds are death and destruction.
So make a decision about what kind of seeds you sow, and the attitude you are going to have.
- First, we take control of our mind in what we allow ourselves to think about.
- Second, we stop allowing outside thoughts to control our mind.
- And, third, we learn how to sow seed within ourselves that is going to produce good fruit, a whole new outlook on life, a whole new outlook on who God is, and who those around us are.
You see, God wants us to have a new view. A view that brings peace and joy. A view that brings life, not destruction. Next, I have created a short demonstration about how you can best plant seeds.
How To Create Choosing God’s Seed Affirmations
2 Corinthians 9:10 says, “Now he that ministereth seed to the sower both minister bread for your food, and multiply your seed sown, and increase the fruits of your righteousness.” It’s scriptural to plant the seeds of God’s Word within us and others, but we must do it correctly with the right attitude and understanding.
The following will help you follow this process correctly for whatever transformation or need you desire or need.
Choosing God’s Seeds Audio P 1
Using 2 Corinthians 9:10 as an example, this short recording makes a statement based upon this lesson. It only exemplifies a statement based on the scripture. Speaking this verse as stated will not take root and grow within you. It must be cultivated as the next audio denonstrates. Just speaking the Word without verifying it’s truth within you will not release the faith needed for the Word to come alive within you and to produce what you want through answered prayer. |
Choosing God’s Seeds Audio Part 2
This second recording is an example of how to take any verse or Bible lesson and create an affirmation that will plant the seed of God’s message within your heart, and that will transform your life or manifest what you need.
If you paraphrase and personalize scripture, you’ll have a working affirmation that will lead to the Holy Spirit watering that seed and bringing forth what the verse you’re using promises. Practice with different scripture throughout the week for what you need. |
How To Sow God’s Word For Success Conclusion
I hope you’ve enjoyed this lesson and that you’ll allow it to sow God’s seed within your heart. Practice it for something you need or a character change you need to make.
It’s important to use the scripture that promises what you want. You can look at the verse you choose as the seed in which you want to grow in you and produce the fruit of what it promises.
While you can easily speak God’s Word, you must also understand the transformation process and the importance of what you speak. Christian transformation can’t take place according to Romans 12:2, which states that we must transform our minds with the Word of God.
The Natural Cultivation Process
The seed principle used in the natural to grow anything, is the same process to grow God’s Word within us. It produces whatever the specific scripture we use promises. God says that His Word will do whatever it says it will do.
